Shipping Policy

WE ARE SUPER EXCITED THAT YOU WOULD LOVE TO PURCHASE OUR ONLINE PRODUCTS! THEY WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOREVER! BUT, BEFORE YOU ORDER PLEASE READ OUR SHIPPING POLICY.

ORDER CUT OFF
Get your order in by Monday 12 midday for same week delivery.

DELIVERY FEE
We charge a flat fee for all deliveries ($26) for a cold courier to all the areas listed below. This ensures your package arrives in temperature controlled vans. Free delivery for orders over $150.

PACKAGING
All orders are packed and shipped on Wednesday in insulated reflective cartons. See below when you will receive your order.

FROZEN ITEMS
All frozen items will be packed with ice packs. Depending on where we are delivering, our items may be semi-defrosted or defrosted upon drop off. However your items will only be shipped via temperature controlled transport (1-4 degrees). We have your goods covered!

TRACKING
Once your order leaves our dispatch you will be emailed with full tracking details from our third party courier.

We deliver to the following areas via cold courier listed below. If you would like a delivery to an area not listed, please email info@barewholefoods.com.au to arrange alternate shipping.

QLD
Brisbane Metro (2 days)

Gold Coast (2 days)

Sunshine Coast (2 days)

Sorry we are unable to deliver to the following area’s QLD due to the lack of reliable cold courier partners.
